Shipping Policy – Fast, Reliable, and U.S.-Only Delivery

We aim to make your VIVAGO shopping experience smooth and hassle-free.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States (including all 50 states and U.S. territories).
We do not offer international shipping.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days after your order has shipped.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs

• Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $30 or more (after discounts and before tax).
• Orders under $30 will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery’s progress.
