Refund Policy – Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges Within 30 Days

We want you to love your VIVAGO products. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Returns

Toothbrushes & Tongue scrapers:
For sanitary and hygiene reasons, all oral care products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly offer a 100% refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please email hello@vivago-us.com with the subject line:
"Returns – Order ID [Your Order Number]"
Include your full name and reason for return in the email.

Refunds are processed within 48–72 hours after we receive your returned product.

Shipping Policy for Returns

• Damaged or defective products: We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
• All other returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
